• Due to the handmade nature of our recycled 925 sterling silver jewelry, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued for defective items.

• Eligibility: Defects include manufacturing flaws (e.g., loose stones or broken clasps). Minor handmade variations (e.g., slight asymmetry) are not defects.

• Time Frame: Report defects within 7 days of receipt with photos.

• Resolution: We offer a full refund or replacement after inspection. Return shipping is at your expense; we cover reshipping for replacements.

• No refunds or exchanges for custom items unless defective

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, no cancellations.
